SCOTUS justices ripped the individual mandate today with their questions. Obamacare is very likely dead.

Nancy Pelosi won't need to wait until enactment to find out whats in it because it will never be enacted.

The marxist-leftist attempt to hijack American medical care is on the rocks, taking on water and the lifeboats are being launched.

The Captain, Barrack Obama, is nowhere to be found and the harbormaster is yelling at him on the radio to get back aboard the vessel. :)

Great news! If we get rid of Obamacare, then 4 more years of Obama doesnt seem so bad, republicans wont let him spend anymore money anyways, so this would be huge.

Don't even think that, Max. Obama is toast. He's outta here. He's a lame duck at the arcade. Obama's next job is something he's qualified for, dog catcher.

    Finally we see people thinking...
This is why it is so important to keep people who do not care about the constitution off the court. The Constitution is the only thing which stops big govt moves towards fascism from the left and/or the right....

"Even before the administration's top lawyer could get three minutes into his defense of the mandate, some justices accused the government of pushing for excessive authority to require Americans to buy anything.

"Are there any limits," asked Justice Anthony Kennedy, one of three conservative justices whose votes are seen as crucial to the fate of the unprecedented insurance mandate.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. suggested that the government might require Americans to buy cellphones to be ready for emergencies. And Justice Antonin Scalia asked if the government might require Americans to buy broccoli or automobiles.

"If the government can do this, what else can it ... do?” Scalia asked.

The tough questioning of the administration's lawyer is no sure sign of how the justices will rule when they hand down their decision in the case, Department of Health and Human Services, et al., vs. State of Florida, et al., likely in June.

    ...

But Tuesday, the three -- and Alito -- repeatedly criticized the requirement to buy health insurance as forcing people to enter a market, which they said was a new and troubling use of federal power.

"That changes the relationship of the individual to the federal government," Kennedy said.

Kennedy is seen as the pivot.

    this was his quote.

"That changes the relationship of the individual to the federal government,"

We may have a short reprieve from big govt oppression.

But, we can not lose that court to a bunch of leftist hacks who say it is a living breathing document.
