The idea that there is any effective restraint on abuse of presidential power in the USA has been proven to be a joke on numerous occasions: from Lincoln through McKinly and FDR, with JFK and Nixon, then Reagan, Clinton, Bush and now we get to see how Obama handles the temptation. Almost every human expiriments with drugs. Who ever says they haven't is either lying or a statistical anomaly. There's nothing wrong with trying some of the softer drugs. But who am I to judge. And yes... Bush loved the cocaine. He was even caught with it during a traffic stop.
