The reason the presidents politics have went from hope to fear is because he himself has went from hope to fear. The guy is up to his eyeballs in shit and their isn't a soul that really knows what to do. They are all just taking their best guess and right now their best guess looks weak. Add to this economic crisis that crazies overseas are plotting whatever mischief they can. All we need is for some terrorist attack to happen and the wheels will come off for sure. President Obama has his hands full for sure, and the dopes in congress will be of little help. He is in a position of coming off like a pure genius, or a complete failure. There will be no middle ground. I hope he's a genius, because if he goes down, we all go down with him.
Nobody in Washington anyway. Their "best guess" is the same with every problem. Throw money at it until it hopefully goes away. As in the same kind of reckless borrowing and spending that got us here in the first place.
