Well put. This will simply drive U.S. corporations out of the United States. There's no law that says a corporation has to be chartered in Delaware. Of course, there's another way to make corporations comply without the coercion of government - lower our taxes so that the burden is roughly equal to the other countries in which these corporations operate so that they are indifferent to where they pay taxes. But, hey, then there's no blood, right?
