Obama The Dictator Decrees...

  1. Is this the "right" thing to do? Let the court decide? Prior Presidents didn't find this necessary. I thought he was a constitutional wizard?

  2. Well the court had to decide that Obamcare was legal ,Obama said it was from the beginning.Clinton came pretty close to raising the ceiling without Congress.Obamas statement today signals he probably will raise the ceiling on his own if Congress tries to play games with it again

apparently Obama was the first editor of Law Review who did not have to earn his way into that position.

being a professor a law school does not necessarily mean you are correct about anything.

  9. Everyone in Washington is a sophomoric scumbag - both democrats and republicans.

A bunch of losers who somehow found their way into positions of power, authority and trust.

But with such a low standard in the USA [as evidenced by the scum who post on the forum daily] its no wonder the country is going down the tubes.
America home of the lazy, greedy and selfish -free!

the court just told a lower court to revisit obama care.

right wing haterism... that is bullshit.

Editors either grade on to be editor or are judged to have written the best or one of the best published submissions.

Tell me how someone can become editor of Harvard law review without grading on and without having a single piece of work published.
