He was a Constitutional Professor at one of the top 5 law schools in the country.Obama had to a higher position at Harvard Law then any of the other 5 Harvard SC Justices currently on the bench
apparently Obama was the first editor of Law Review who did not have to earn his way into that position. being a professor a law school does not necessarily mean you are correct about anything.

the court just told a lower court to revisit obama care. right wing haterism... that is bullshit. Editors either grade on to be editor or are judged to have written the best or one of the best published submissions. Tell me how someone can become editor of Harvard law review without grading on and without having a single piece of work published.
