These guys are in perpetual campaign mode, and that's the problem. Any and all "reforms" will fail until the perpetual campaigning is reformed. Every single time they speak it's with vote's in mind. Every issue, every bill, every thought or idea expressed must first pass the, will this cost me my job test. Term f'n Limits!! Until that happens this corrupt system will fail us.
