  2. Once again, I remind the people who pretend to understand energy review and research.

First, wind, solar green energy has its small nitch..but it will not replace hydrocarbons. Even if all the cars on the world ran on water, oil will be a major source of energy for.decades to come.

I could list products that require oil....10000s of them.

Green energy has lost a tone of private venture capital this year. The money is coming from foeds, your tax dollars. Do some research.

Green jobs cost more to produce than what they put out, makes very little business sense. Solar companies are sucking wind and laying offs. Startups have yet to produce.

    Hr bill 138. Read it.

Once again atlas shrugged is coming to.reality. soon the brainless citizen will be left with the world they want, while the wealthy flee to continue to prosper.

Obama to unveil offshore drilling plans for oil, natural gas
The proposal through 2017 will open new areas of the mid-Atlantic region, Alaska and the eastern Gulf of Mexico for production but prohibit moves off California, Oregon and Washington.

Vast new offshore areas opened for new studies and drilling, some fishery areas such as Bristol bay, site of Exxon Valdez oil spill in 1989, still off limit.

Obama wants energy prices to skyrocket so alternative energy becomes price competitive. He is going to try to attach his meager offering of a little offshore drilling today to cap and tax legislation which is the next item on his "kill the U.S. economy" adjenda.

Obama has a plan and we ain't gonna like it.

You can't possibly be that naive, can you?

The U.S. has had several boomers parked 24x365 within striking distance of every major Russian city for decades.

Before that it was B52's 24x365 circling 3 major patterns in a way that 3 bombers were always within 2 hours striking distance of those same cities.

They, in turn, have been doing the same.

    It's called MAD.

40 years ago I remember hearing the conspiracy theories of Big Oil(tm) buying and burying the patents on the fabled 100mpg carburetor.

So, where the fuck are those patents now?

As for the "bloom box," Until Bloom Energy comes out with hard data to support their claims it's just another crock of shit AFAIC.

Everyone always buys into these pipe dreams because they're too ignorant to understand that the "cost" of Energy will always come down to three factors; Clean, Cheap and Plentiful.

Pick the two you want and invert the remaining one.

  8. Nevertheless, something very unsettling about being off our coast. They sure as heck put Georgia down in a hurry (and you know part of the reason why).

  9. Yet another low IQ thread populated by endless ignorant rejoinders from the other resident geriatric tea gagging losers.

What appears to escape this despicable group of resident maggots is that CUBA gave the Russians licensing to drill in CUBAN TERRITORY.

How these maggot lowlifes manage to extrapolate this morsel of information into Obama giving the Russians oil rights is an apt example of the frightening stupidity that is the hallmark of the average unamerican tea gagging nutwing. You people are born to be slaves.

If you think that having a Russian naval vessel off the coast of the U.S. is something new you're clueless.
