The NPP Committee is 5 members of the Norwegian Parliament. That means that the title comes from the King of Norway. This matter needs to go to the Congress for a vote

 

Well now, this is going to present the right-wingnuts with quite a dillema: do they challege Obama's right to be president because of his birth certificate or his right to receive the Noble Peace prize because he's president !?!?1

That ought to keep the idiots confused for several months.
