I think I remember reading about Obama trolling for such donors (or a similar LOW amount) during his previous campaign. And he got a boatload of money doing so, because it allows these "little people" to be able to donate again and again when their finances allow it.

 

Perhaps that's one way to get close enough to him to piss on his shoes.
