I have no idea who or where he is. There are probably some computer guys on here who could find out for you. Don't think it'd be worth the time or fuel to go do whatever it is you want to do. I'm sure you can find someone close to you who you could dislike just as much as you do him, then you wouldn't have to travel to take it out on someone.

The Democratic Southern racists from the segregation era are all dead. it is the ideals that live on within the urban Democratic city. The current migration happening are blacks from the Northern cities going to the new Republican south.
