Its becoming clear how massively corrupt the academic system is that they would matriculate/graduate such an unaccomplished person based soley on his race. It seems as though a degree from Harvard doesn't mean a thing about a persons intelligence or education. The leftists in the USA thought that electing a black man would erase 400 years of oppression and signal to the world that the United States was an advanced society that had gotten past racism but what it has really done is sent the message to the whole world that America is filled with unintelligent idealists and that our entire education system is completely corrupt and ineffective. Bush seems to have been the better educated man by any measure. When you say "Conservatives States" you really mean mostly the South. The South was ruled by racist Democrats for 100 years. They excluded whole populations from their economy.
