  1. Good for him. The Beard knows.

  2. Right after a judge ruled that the fed should publish bailout data. Scratching head. Hmmmmm.

It was really lucky that they appointed a guy who is an expert in the Great Depression.

And he was appointed in 2006 when everything was great - even before we had the crises that no one could foresee.

He was just the guy for the disaster no one saw coming.

    Lucky. Damn lucky.

A guy lights your house on fire. Then he runs into the inferno and saves your pets. Is he a hero?

  5. The Beard ...2007... "Subprime is contained" cough cough....

  6. Yeah - contained among the riff-raff.

And to what the other guy said - Bernanke didn't burn the house down - that was Greenspan.
Get your Emperors and Kings straight.

He tried so hard to show the economy is out of recession and get credit and to get elected. Now after his re-election, reality will kick in and he will be more honest in his comments. Now we will see some corrections.

The blame is not just on the central bank, it is also weighed upon the US government. It's not between democrat or republican, they are both guilty. This is about a government that went banana republic. The world could only absorb a finite amount of dollars before they were aware of the bullshit that was happening.

  10. Yeah - because we have so many heros in congress:
