They once said it was unthinkable that an African-American could be elected mayor, state representative, congressman, senator.....
Just watched Biden speech on TV... The word mush comes to mind. Seems like a guy who is a perennial second tier player and would not take responsibility for his actions. Two thumbs down.
is Biden going to sit Obama on his lap and feed him cereal and wipe his butt for him. all the Change bs is out the door
Lovely choice. And gotta love the delivery method. First, the choice: this guy is the biggest blowhard in Congress. Whenever there are Senate hearings and it's his turn to ask questins, it takes him almost, literally, 20 minutes to ask the question. As if he loves to hear his own voice. Might offset McCain a touch, but he went with Washington insider (30+ years insider) and threw change out the window. The delivery: 3 am text message??? Nothing like taking a dig at Hilary and pissing off her supporters in the process. He runs the risk of them voting the other side and just antagonizes them! You know, if Bam wins in Nov, she can't run until 2016 (realistically) but if "old white haired dude" wins she can say I told ya and run again in 2012. math must not be Bam's strong point, because for ever voter he loses to McCain, he loses 2 on the gap (+1 - (-1)). Nice going O!!!!!
freaking Biden....are you kidding me? Good Grief. A 2 bit media whore who can't keep his mouth shut or write his own speeches. Unbelievable. However he can't be any worse than Cheney....can he?
cheney was the exact opposite of biden. he had a game plan, a vision, excecuted and got things done. He enriched his allies, drove up the price of oil and taught the world you mess with the bush family and we will depose you and kill your sons. Cheney has to be one of the most effective politicians ever. Unfortunately he works for the wrong team half the time. I could only hope that biden and obama could be 1/8 effective working for people like me.
Did I say it was unthinkable that an African American could be elected President of the United States?? If I did could you please provide a link?
