Obama pays price for thinking Bush was a dunce

  1. I appreciate it when an entertainer-type reveals his Liberal soul. It saves me money. Once I hear where they stand, I make it a point to never again buy their music, go to their concert, pay to see their movies or support them directly or indirectly in any way.

Absolutely, BUT it does NOT necessarily mean he knows what he's talking about.

I never said he hadn't accomplished anything. I mean look at all the drugs he's done AND survived. Now THAT is an accomplishment.

Long before the national media spotlight began to shine on every twist and turn of his life's journey, Barack Obama had this to say about himself: "Junkie. Pothead. That's where I'd been headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man. . . . I got high [to] push questions of who I was out of my mind."
In the book, Obama acknowledges that he used cocaine but rejected heroin. "Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though," he says.

    Words of a President.....

  6. Oh, I got your "specific" references. My point is you choose the "specific" references that make Bush look bad, and Obama look good for your argument's sake. I understand, many folks who can't see past their own morality are like this.

Regardless, there's no way to have any meaningful debate with someone such as yourself (and I am open to other folk's opinions, so long as they project themselves in a way that they are permeable to thoughts outside their own). So go ahead, have the last word. I know you're frothing over it anyway.

Yep, this president transmits this message to children:

    1) Your grades don't matter because you need not disclose them.

    2) Its ok to use and deal hard drugs.

    3) It is not necessary to respect the laws of the United States.
