Obama also saw that we are currently being bankrupted by entitlement programs and decided to add another whopper which will surely be running half trillion dollar yearly deficits a decade from now if not repealed. Obama ran as a uniter, and then has been the most divisive president ever, and he doesnt give a shit how much he divides america, so long as he gets a second term. These rankings are hilarious. They really demonstrate why going heavily into debt to get a liberal arts degree is beyond stupid. "Greatness" on their scale means increasing the scope and power of the federal government and forcing liberal policies down an unwilling populations' throats. Even on that scale Obama has to be viewed as a failure. His leadership has been so lacking that any efforts to deal with health care insurance or the uninsured have been posioned for the foreseeable future.
