Obama Justice Dept. Ignores Cases That Involve Black Defendants And White Victims

I've read where prospective employers refuse to hire blacks because employers can't fire them without potentially HUGE negative repercussions. (Such "protectionist legislation" actually works to the DETRIMENT of black employment... )

If that's true, it's an example of Affirmative Action run amok.
