Dude: Ron Paul believes abortion should be prohibited by the states. He believes such laws should not be subject to CHALLANGE in the Federal courts. I agree. But don't kid yourself. His and mine is an EXTREME view. MORE EXTREME than any quote (and I've spent hours looking) attributed to Palin. She says NOTHING about the LEGAL issue of abortion. It's folks like you whio ASSUME that just because she's pro-life that she favors abortion laws. That may be so but there is no written RECORD of her expressing that view. Here is an article in huffingtonwhore.com critical of Palin's statements on abortion. Read it and then tell me where she say's she'd make abortion ILLEGAL. I wasn't speaking about abortion in my original post at all. It's YOU who brought up abortion. I was speaking about their identical views on states rights and implicit anti-Federalism stands. It's Paul remember who has said states need not feel compelled to strike legislation based on Supreme Court rulings. I know Dr. Paul's view on abortion intimately though and figured it's a safe bet that almost NO ONE is as extreme in their pro-life views as Paul.
