Actually, I found the comment insulting to one's intelligence. When risk and uncertainty rises, that is generally not the time to go on a spending spree. Bush was not your friend that day.
The question is not whether some politician is pissed off but whether 'advising' not to spend college tuition money on Vegas is something to be pissed about.
Vegas is pissed to be cast as a standard when talking about where to blow money. Is Obama saying that to spend college money at a shopping mall in Minnesota is OK. If Obama wanted to be more fair this is what he would have said: "Spending college money on anything other then college is wrong." We all know Obama is not fair or balenced
And again, not an issue of Obama vs Reid, the question is whether what he said was wrong or not which it wasn't.
Yet, you dismiss what Harry said because he is a politician but you won't dismiss what Obama the politician said because he was right in your mind. Therefore, since you know it's not wrong, explain to us all why Harry Reid thinks it is wrong?
