Thanks Ak. Likewise. I hope you will open your mind up. I apologize for my attacks. It's been a horrible new year for me on many fronts. Perhaps we'll resume our discussions later on. Take care.

First you have to see that Dr. Jose Marquina is (speculate) on the twitter about Chavez health. He speculate/opinion what he think is the problem with the cancer. But Dr. Jose Marquina (IS NOT) oncologist. So then with the twitter Dr. Marquina become popular and huge notice and attention to saying Cuban doctors is not helping Chavez. But if you can follow in Spanish Dr. Marquina, he say Chavez have cancer that is have no cure.
So please stop with your blame. Do you think all the people in the USA with the cancer all can have cure and not die?

  3. More to my point that they all didn't disagree

Hamilton took the opposite side of Madison and Jefferson

Hamilton was the first Treasury Secretary and father of the US economy

Hamilton was a big central government guy while Madison and Jefferson wanted a smaller central government

Hamilton wrote most of the federalist papers which is the single most important source for Constitutional interpretation

I couldn't find George Washingtons opinion on the general welfare clause but he did pick Hamilton to develop the country's economy which suggest he supported Hamiltons views and Hamilton supported wide use of the general welfare clause

Alexander Hamilton (January 11, 1755 or 1757 – July 12, 1804) was a Founding Father of the United States, soldier, economist, political philosopher, one of America's first constitutional lawyers and the first United States Secretary of the Treasury.

As Secretary of the Treasury, Hamilton was the primary author of the economic policies of the George Washington administration, especially the funding of the state debts by the Federal government, the establishment of a national bank, a system of tariffs, and friendly trade relations with Britain. He became the leader of the Federalist Party, created largely in support of his views, and was opposed by the Democratic-Republican Party, led by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.

Hamilton was among those dissatisfied with the Articles of Confederation—the first attempt at a national governing document—because it lacked an executive, courts, and taxing powers. He led the Annapolis Convention, which successfully influenced Congress to issue a call for the Philadelphia Convention in order to create a new constitution. He was an active participant at Philadelphia and helped achieve ratification by writing 51 of the 85 installments of the Federalist Papers, which supported the new constitution and to this day is the single most important source for Constitutional interpretation

In the new government under President George Washington, Hamilton was appointed the Secretary of the Treasury. An admirer of British political systems, Hamilton was a nationalist who emphasized strong central government and successfully argued that the implied powers of the Constitution could be used to fund the national debt, assume state debts, and create the government-owned Bank of the United States. These programs were funded primarily by a tariff on imports and later also by a highly controversial excise tax on whiskey.

  5. That's right, Obamacare is the first step in the path to socialized medicine, and any average American who thinks that is a good thing is being played for a chump. Socialized anything is paying much more money for considerably less service. The elites will have their personal care, and everyone else will have shit.

  6. 1)Yeah right he got to me SOOO much HE put ME on ignore!:D

    2) At least you admit finklestein was crying just because someone brought up the Constitution and had the temerity to note in her grandstanding reply that she didn't answer the question.

    3) What's amusing is taking note of IQ47's cognitive deficits of claiming to be both a business & gun owner and then trying to reconcile his cheerleading support for policies (socialism , arbitrary gun control)that would be anathema to both if he had an ounce of commonsense.
