AK recently put me on ignore (or so he claims). Today he admitted he's a committed socialist. I wasted many hours in discussions with him thinking he was a classic liberal, but he's not. He's a drone. You are wasting your time having discussions with him, but that is your business.

Discussion with progessives is a waste of time and effort. In my opinion, the time for talk is over. Fuck these cocksuckers. They won't stop until they have their Utopia. The final joke will be on them. Unfortunately, we will have to live with the consequences. I continue to try to deal with the dumbing down of society in my everyday life and I'm finding it increasingly difficult. I've thought about not posting in here much longer because what's the fucking point? Then I thought, I won't give the motherfuckers the satisfaction. Especially pussies like AK who are afraid to step up when called out. They use ignore because they can't face the truth about themselves.

Progressives can't face the fire. We need to elect many more Rubios, Cruzes, Pauls, Lees, and so on. Let's oust the old Republican establishment and turn the tide on this march to ultimate failure. Otherwise, AK will get his Cuba, and he won't even have to move. After all, that is their intent, is it not? Sorry for the rant, but I've had a bad fucking day trying to take care of business...something that use to be a piece of cake before socialism started getting a grip.....

  5. The Constitution was ratified by the delegates representing the states, not the founding fathers( Adams, Franklin, Hamilton, Jay, Jefferson, Madison, and Washington). There was disagreement , debate and compromise in ratifying the constitution meaning not everyone(Madison/Jefferson possibly ) got what they wanted. Many historians say that many parts of The Constitution was intentionally left vague in many areas to get it passed

"The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States"

I disagree when you say there is nothing to interpret.I doubt every person who voted to ratify the constitution all agreed with the general welfare clause meaning.Madison should have been more specific in the actual Constitution on the meaning of general welfare rather then speeches afterward but then it might not have been passed

He makes my point. Socialist. I wish these fuckers would just leave instead of destroying the greatest country on Earth. Cuba, N Korea, China, Russia, etc have great HC, don't they? There is no shortage of places to go Ak and the rest. Go get HC in England and then come back and tout your shit. And fuck the republicans who stand by and let these losers take it apart brick by brick.

It's a shame people like AK are so weak in will to be easily duped by those who want to use them to get their way, and ultimately stay in power. Remember this? "We have to pass the bill so you can know what's in it". Who falls for this shit? (See bold above).

  9. 1) this will be my last post tonight.

    2) I noticed that you completely dodged the example I gave you. I'll assume it's because you know I'm right but don't want to admit it.

    3) All of the signers of the Constitution are considered Founders, as are many others who didn't signed it. (like Jefferson)

    4) I didn't say that there is no ambiguity anywhere in the doc, I said in THIS MATTER, there is nothing to interpret.

    This statement:
"The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States"

is followed by a list of defining powers. If those powers do not define the above statement, they serve no purpose whatsoever. That is what they are referring to as enumerated powers in those quotes. So it isn't a matter of interpreting what it says, because in order to 'interpret' the way you do, one must simply skip the rest of that entire section of the Constitution like it doesn't exist. Since the guy given the title "The Father of the Constitution" and "Father of The Bill of Rights" by his peers, who is credited for having the most influence over the final document, explicitly states this, it should be a good enough reason for you to at least stop and reconsider what you're suggesting. Add that you have produced no evidence to back up what you are stating 'might' have been the case, and you should be able to recognize that you're wrong.
