I'd hate to be the Justice Department lawyer who won that appeal. Just sayin'.. This is the liberals game plan laid out in the open for everyone to see. If you can't get something through the democratic process, have some dirtbag judge issue an edict that it is a constitutional right. One that lay hidden in the Constitution for 230 years, only to be discovered miraculously this year.
