That date says a lot.... You can tell his primary schooling was not USA based. You can tell that he never has written payroll checks or any business checks and probably never personal checks. He has been a ward of the Government all his life. No American who has a business would ever write dates like that.
You try too hard, focus on his policy. And I write dates like that, a best practice I learned from the Canucks--it's unambiguous.
