It is a question of capitalism vs collectivism. This is a very good issue for Romney if he frames it correctly. Are you a capitalist who lets his capital work in is most efficient manner when its your money? Or are you something else? Obama had plenty of options other than seeking the best return for his money. The are "socially conscious" options out there. Its seems Obama is a capitalist with his own money and a standard of living destroying socialist with our money and when it suits his campaign.
