A picture of Obama shooting skeet was released by the White House this morning. However, there are a couple problems with this photo.

First, it would have been incredible timing to catch the exact moment that the wad was coming out of the barrel.

Second, there is some top gassing that is suspicious on an over/under shotgun.

And, Third, there doesn't seem to be any recoil the beginnings of which should be quite obvious at this moment of a shot.

I think aspects of this photo have been photo shopped. :D

  2. I've seen comments that he is holding it awfully high on his shoulder. Maybe it's a .410. I doubt he is man enough to handle a 12 guage.

Also, he's aiming horizontal. Do skeet targets come out that low?

  3. Obviously fake and staged but I'd go shooting with BO before going with Dick Cheney

And I would rather go shooting with Lucrum than you. BFD.

Any idea what gun that is?

  6. Obama was shooting a gun on his birthday? I can't imagine that is something he would do on his birthday.

"President Barack Obama shoots clay targets on the range at Camp David, Md., Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012. "

  7. “The only time he shot skeet was for President’s Cup,” said the source, referring to a shooting competition tradition involving the presidential Marine guards. “I was there. He stayed for about five minutes, and couldn’t leave fast enough.”

Skeet shooting “is very hard,” said the source. “Especially for someone not used to guns … He couldn’t have been more uncomfortable.”

The source said a friend of his recalled Obama skeet shooting one other time at Camp David — very early on in his first term.

Maybe a midgrade Browning Citori. It's hard to tell and I'm not that experienced with them.

  10. Browning clitori?

I know what that is, it's a tanning bed.
