In fairness, Ayers could have only thrived in a corrupt place like Chicago, or maybe Sf or NYC. His family is wealthy and must have bought enough people off to secure his freedom and lofty position. Most places in this country, he would still be in prison where he belongs.
Frankly, I find the fact that the mainstream (mostly liberal) press has turned a blind eye to this, to protect their candidate, even more Anti-American than Ayers' treacherous actions. At least, he had passion on his side, they are just calculating what's best for their interests.

Well said. Although, I still feel very passionate that if anyone has close ties to someone who is obviously ANTI-AMERICAN, they should not be even allowed to run for office . That is one policy that definitely needs to be changed.
Good point! I agree that the media is mostly left. Stresses their view of "FREEDOM of SPEECH". Can't agree more with you that they find Palin's personal life more important and the constant bashing of her and McCain as well. Instead of pointing out this very much needed to know fact! I would bet there is a large part of the left(avg people) that don't know this fact. I would be curious to see if they would still want him as Prez. Probably... because most don't believe that being in the Middle East is a huge part of our National Security. But... I wonder what they would say if we weren't there and our country was attacked again. They would blame the Reps for that too.
