It hasn't moved because smart people aren't phased by Rasmussen polls .Smart people know that even though people are getting pissed with Obama that doesn't mean they are ready to vote for Palin or Jindal etc.Smart people know that Obama is a 2 term president. Fact is as much as guys like you think that Obama is a one term pres,you wont put your money on it even though you only have to risk 35.00 to make a 100.00.Republicans aren't putting their money where their mouths are thats why the odds aren't moving dumbass
