    but seriously, some people cannot understand that good citizenship means not allowing the govenment to use it's power to take anything beyond what it needs

  10. You know it's funny that so many support the volunteer army, and yet the volunteers are pretty much forced into the service bedause of economic condiditons. some personal, some global. And may would suppor the draft to protect America, but then be against having a program to help youth mature instead of working at mcdonalds. This is not a great proposal, but I've certainly seen worse in my lifetime.
