The Obama campaign seems a bit worried that things are slipping away. So, they are now pointing to battle ground state polls that are skewed to Obama.

Obama campaign manager Jim Messina told reporters on Saturday that despite national tracking polls showing the president and Romney tied, Obama is still winning.

"In all the battleground states, we continue to see all our pathways there," he told the White House pool at an Obama fundraiser in Milwaukee. "We're either tied or in the lead in every battleground state 45 days out."

Reminds me of the Atlanta mayor who recently had his head handed to him on a platter. He wasted 10 million tax payer dollars trying to convince voters we should raise our taxes so he could start some pet construction projects of his.
Probably in exchange for contractor kickbacks.

The local polls showed it was going to be a tight vote.

Once the votes were counted though it was something like 3 - 1 against.

Either the polls were useless to begin with, or they were manipulated in an attempt to influence voters and therefore the outcome.

Can we send Obama back there after January 20th instead of to a mansion in Hawaii? The weather is similar.
