Obama Birth Certificate Issue Goes to Hawaii Supreme Court

Discussion in 'Politics' started by sg20, Oct 25, 2008.

  1. If George Bush doesn't have to answer to where he was when he went AWOL from the national guard Obama doesn't have to answer questions about a trip in 1981

  2. Some states will be passing legislation outlining rules for their respective sec of states to use to verify the eligiblilty of candidates to hold the office that they are on the ballot for.

Little Barry is going to have to fork over his BC in some states this next go around if he wants to get on the ballot in all of them.

  5. But the Supreme court decides what is constitutional or not.

The Supreme Court has already spoken on the matter of Obama's eligibility. They have already said he is eligible, they wont let a State say he's not

  6. That's not true. Supreme court never considered his citizenship. It was a different matter for them.

States determine who is on the ballots. Each candidate has to register in each state and its the states who determine the eligibility.

What are you afraid of anyway??

  7. The Supreme Court can overturn anything .In the past some States has said Black people couldn't be on ballots,The Supreme Court said they could.Who won ?

The fact that they threw out every challenge to his citizenship and swore him in makes it clear their position on the issue

All the court has to do is say that a state is in some way discriminating or any other reason they chose.Obama eligibility ends with the Supreme Court

I'm am not scared of anything.I feel that if the criminal known as George W Bush wasn't forced from office neither should Obama. If the people vote Obama in ,Then he is the President

  8. Its has nothing to do with him being half white. It concerns how states verify eligibility to hold the office. Sec of States have to certify elections and part of the certification declares the winner to be eligible to hold the office. Nothing racist about asking for a birth certificate.

You're afraid because deep down you know he is not eligible and you know that sooner or later it will come out.
