Any fool would be on high alert knowing the possibility of a celebration attack by radical Islam on or near 9/11. The words plausible deniability come to mind.
He's not stupid. One thing they learned from the Bush administration. When you have all kinds of intel coming in showing you're about to get hit, you want to be able to say, nobody told me about it. Attacks like this just don't pop up at an instant.
I disagree. Call it lack of experience, lack of intellegence, lack of empathy, stupid or what ever. I see Obama as all of those things.
