I fault the republicans for not making an issue out of thugs like Sharpton. He is ten times worse than David Duke, yet is accepted as a respected democrat leader and treated with kid gloves by the media. Either we get some republican leaders with some backbone or we will have to have a new party. Obama is going tomake a big push to legalize as many illegals as possible and push amnesty as a wedge issue. Of course, the establishment republicans will be ready as usual to sell us out. This should have been the defining issue of the last election, but McCain had been the leader of the pro-amnesty forces, so it was a little awkward for him.
