This latest comment about how chronic unemployment isn't just an academic excerise is even dumber. Only a fool like him would ever consider that anyone being kicked out of there house would consider their misfortune with unemployment to be just an academic exercise.
He was speaking to a group who are not unemployed and who might be prone to consider chronic unemployment an academic exercise.
