TIL Trey Gowdy isn't a real person who had the power to recommend charges

  2. Does that not confirm that Trump is an outsider? With polls showing Congressional approval rates below 20% for decades, don’t we want an outsider to try to clean things up?

Those who vote Left and care about our Democracy may want to think real hard about what’s going on now in Washington.

Again, this has nothing to do with the correct actions of Mueller, the USAA SDNY, Wray or Rosenstein. You’re just crying and looking to make false comparisons because in your mind it’s a justification for letting Trump associates break the law. I’m sorry but that doesn’t work in the real world.

I don’t think you know what the IG has or doesn’t have. I will say this, I am as interested in the Horowitz report as you are. So there will be plenty to discuss when that is released.

But, I don’t think things will work out the way you think they will. FBI agents are serious people, McCabe included, when they dig in and find stuff they pursue it. Comey already testified to Congress about the Clinton matter.

  4. Uh huh. Unless last name is clinton. Then the HQ Specials, Insurance Policies, and Tarmac Mediation apply.

It shows that people with responsibilities and careers to maintain do not ignore criminality when they see one.

  6. Mueller has not been able to find the dirt he is looking for so he is using a sexual escapade by a private citizen over a decade ago (if true) to get whatever he can get before the AG report sends all his corrupt deep state buddies to prison. Hope Mueller falls too.

19 indictments, 4 guilty pleas means Mueller didn't find anything.

    LOL

What you hypocritically call "whataboutism" when it suits your sick leftist cause, is actually "equal justice under law" and is engraved on the front of the U.S. Supreme Court building. This might seem like a win now, but when all is said and done it will backfire. Normal people don't like glaring, in-your-face, double standards.

Anyway, Trump can put on his big boy pants and if he isn’t guilty of anything, he’ll get through it just like Clinton.

  10. You dont know. Could easily be the other way round. You are talking as though everything is in the past for hillary and no further investigation is taking place in regard to her crimes and the clinton foundation or the handling thereof. She could easily be the one crying about being witch hunted endlessly very soon. Oh, that;s right. It's because she is a woman.

And in regard to the IG's report. Keep in mind that I have never said that he is a special counsel. He isn't. I have said that he has advanced the ball and has taken good action within his scope as far as I know. But a real investigation - outside departmental matters- is not within his scope. I know that you will want to argue that if he does not conclude that crimes were committed by various people that that exonerates them. It doesn't. He is not and has not conducted a criminal investigation and does not have the power to subpoena or to convene a grand jury. That is not to say that we wont get there through a chain of events of which he played a role.
