I noticed that last week, a few thousand more stocks were added to the hybrid system. Does anyone know if these stocks now follow all of the hybrid rules (no maximum NX+ order size, no 30 seconds between NX+ fills, etc.)?
I noticed the trade-through rule is in effect for most of these stocks. If there's 100 shares on the offer at xx.50, and 500 on INET at xx.51, you can't hit the xx.51 until/unless it becomes the best offer.
The guy from Lava who was explaining to me what the NMS would likely look like said it would be a combination of NY and Naz on ALL stocks. For naz, u can't print outside of NBBO much like NY and for NY you have fills/cancels in a second much like Naz.This rule of trade thrus must've just been recently implemented since 3 day ago, I was able to trade thru a stock , pay 2 cents more outside NBBO and today I can't ....
