when the heck did this happen?

See the trades between the spread? I didn't think NYSE did this

 

could be an otc trade. can't check in my bb terminal right now.

 

This belongs in order execution, but I see this all the time.

It happens all the time. Look up mid-point orders and dark liquidity.

Sometimes it's a consolidated print with an average price as well...
