NYSE $TICK frequency

I get my data from MBTrading, and the NYSE $TICK updates only three times per minute. I've read some older posts that say the NYSE updates the $TICK every 10 seconds, or 6 times per minute. Could someone fill me in on how often the NYSE is updating the $TICK these days, the highest frequency anyone is experiencing? Thanks.

 

I watch nyse-tick from several feeds, IB among them. IB updates the $tick every 2 seconds.
