I hate to be a spoiler, but the Specialist firms routinely "mix it up" or change up the traders dealing with the smaller names (and sometimes larger names too). That info is one the NYSEDATA website also, but you need a password. Anyhow, you will see there are literally pages and pages of announcements of reorgs at all of the major specialist firms.
