For 10 days..... Well thats one way to stop the bleeding... Just stop the trading. "Make it go away mommy! Make it go away!!!"
That doesn't accomplish anything.....after 9/11, mkts were closed for a week, and when they finally opened, the crashed for the following 5 days.
