NYSE Euronext is seeking approval from U.S. regulators to relax a rule forcing companies to be delisted when their share price falls below $1.

Hasn't the NASDAQ relaxed these rules already? Much easier on everyone than having to do reverse-splits.

 

No need for OTC pick slips just leave them listed at the NYSE.
