Through a trading platform I see transactions on NYSE after closing, 16:00 and later. Can you please explain nature of this deals after trading session? Dark pools or something?
Besides the extended hours, closing auctions happen up to 15-20 minutes after the close. For NYSE they rarely go off at 16:00 exactly.
