Question for the folks with historical charts that go back to inception: anyone know when NYMEX launched their natural gas futures contract? Was talking with a friend about Enron and that their natural gas desk started offering hedging services back in the early 90s and that NYMEX launched their NG contract around the same time. Thought it was earlier than that? I know crude started back in '82 or '83, but just curious about NG??
