for NYMEX...with current leases averaging $1900, you'd probably want to be doing a solid 1,000 a month before even considering it....just off the top of my head.
It is at 10k because it is worthless. Unless you were grandfathered in, leasing/owning a ICE seat. gives you no benefit in equities. (I'm not sure about other products, but I think it is across the board.)
