And I have open working orders I was able to cover on another route but they are not able to tell me the status of the open orders after 2 hours !!!! Talk about a joke. I will have to reconsider this route in the future.
same happened here, had one order stuck. genesis said they will be down rest of day, but they were able to remove my stuck order after i messaged them. first time i have had problems with that route.
