there used to be a few NYMEX OIL traders would hang out at Morans ( soon to be PJ clarkes ) and other spots near the exchange by the WFC harbor

Might be interested as well but won't be in NY full time for another few weeks so it's hit and miss between now and then... In addition, does anyone know of office space available in NY, ideally in/near the NYMEX building but am open to all options. I'm don't need a broker, just office space with high speed access/ability to set up cable/dsl.
