I discovered NVIDIA because I bought a laptop and on that laptop there are 3 stickers. An Intel, Nvidia and Microsoft. Why can't Nvidia become as large as those two? .... Oh my god, you are genius !! You are next Warrent Buffet !!!
hell, if it goes 1000$ i'd be a millionary. yes nvidia is in sweep stop no question about it, and with huge gains I amassed last few weeks, I can only wish it will go up furhter. I have looked at their last earning report and all of their BU-s were in green meaning they have expanded. I am just being precautious burned many times, things can turn in on a dime, in investing nothing looks as it is to be, fantastic company with brightest future can be quickly go down if the huge company with big cash buys their competitors etc., it is just example. Plus if I zoom the 12 year span of nvidia stock it looks like it has climbed vertical last year compared to last few years. It just felt little bit too high too fast. I mean yeah I'd really wish nvidia continue on this momentum for the foreseeable future.
Very true. Yep a company can screw up but the one thing I really like about NVDA is Jen-Hsun Huang and his drive and vision. He is a great CEO. Jobs like. I want a Musk or a Jobs or a Gates or a Huang at the helm. Yes Microsoft, Apple, Intel all could have flamed out. You just don't know. That's why you buy some shares and hope for the best and wait and see. Everyone long is in the same situation but having a profit is a nice problem to have. I suggest you read a good book on options. LOL,,,,, 3 lil stickers Intel i7,....Nvidia GTX 560M 2gb, Windows 7. You've probably seen the Intel and Windows stickers,....... old early ASUS gaming laptop so it got the Nvidia sticker too. Still running strong and I am still playing BF4 on it. It runs it fine. THe way it played out for me was Buffet/Peter Lynch like. All because I wanted to play a stupid COD Modern Warfare video game I heard about and needed a new laptop my Dell blew up.......now I am printing money, raking in thousands a day, made tens of thousands in one day when it gapped up after last earnings, now have 6 figure profit. Such is Life.
The story has changed. The stock floated around for the last many years because the co was basically a graphics chip card manufacturer for pc's but other emerging disruptive technologies have come into play and NVDA is perfectly positioned to exploit ALL those areas for revenue streams. That's why earnings are exploding. See last qtr. People weren't paying attention. Wallstreet discovered NVDA and it took off this last year. Tech companies stock usually wallows away undiscovered. Things have changed for Nvidia.
