a first for me, 6E price data stopped updating, don't know if other contracts stopped Globex 5 min chart of the 6E appears to indicate Globex was generating price data so who dropped it - NT or CQG ?
I had the same problem, although I wasn't receiving minute data I was receiving tick data. To cure the problem I just deleted my minute chart and recreated it, and the problem went away. I'm not sure if this was CQG or NT fault, but I'm thinking its CQG's issue.
Yes, There was a brief loss of communication between CQG and NinjaTrader for the historical charts only. There was no disruption in the live trade route; only historical data server. This issue was recognized and resolved promtply by both NinjaTrader and CQG - using 24 hour HAM internal monitoring software. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Trading!
