Machine Gun America—Florida's Latest Theme Park—Lets Kids Handle Semi-Automatic Weapons
Does this seem like a good idea to you?

Orlando is America's Theme Park mecca, home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot and other major attractions that are fun for the whole family, as the saying goes.

On Saturday, a new theme park is opening that not only targets kids, but it encourages kids to target zombies, criminals, and other make-believe nemeses with real, high-powered machine guns.

    Yup, you read that right.

Machine Gun America bills itself as Orlando's “most thrilling attraction....Whether you're looking to unleash your inner action star or become a zombie hunter, experience the exhilarating rush of shooting real machine guns and powerful firearms for a thrill unlike any other.”

Machine Gun America is already taking bookings, and lists some of the scenarios young people and others will be able to take real firearms into – everything from “special ops” to “the walking dread” to “gangster land.”

The Orlando Sentinel went down to Machine Gun America for a sneak peek a few days ago. One of the theme park's employees demonstrated that they have everything from uzi-style weapons for “gangster” scenarios to World War I weapons for war situations.

To critics of the park who questioned the wisdom of giving kids as young as 13 a taste of handling semi-automatic weapons, General Manager Bruce Nierenberg “It’s romanticizing our freedom and our history,” Nierenberg said. “I mean, it’s part of American life. That’s how we gained our freedom.”

"It's like any other attraction," says Wess Doss, another employee. "It's just a little higher on the adrenaline scale than a gift shop, or a miniature golf course."

  4. And you are so fucking stupid that you think a complete sentence ends with a comma. A third grader knows better. So you must not have gotten past second grade.

Ask your sorry self why all the quotes in that article end with the comma .. followed by "he said" or "she said". Want more examples .. here's a totally different article written by professional journalists. Between you and douche bag we have the second coming of DUMB and DUMBER.

"They're cutting fees with the intent to spur naturalization on, but someone else is going to pay for this," Pullen said.

"To have more people become citizens is good for our democracy and at the end of the day, whether a candidate is a Republican or a Democrat, they just have to make the best case possible to get that voter," Noorani said.

As far as getting beyond 2nd grade .. sorry, I have 3 degrees. Start by getting a GED and you too can become literate and understand how a sentence in formed and proper punctuation.

  10. It's hopeless. You are just too stupid. A complete statement does not end with a comma and unless the statement is complete it is worthless. It doesn't matter how many incomplete sentences you offer as examples, they are not complete statements. But thanks again for showing us how dumb righties are.
