O.K., so its been a couple of months since the NQ tick size has gone from .50 to .25, what has been the effect? Do the NQ traders like or not?
And I like it also. I was somewhat worried when it was changed because the NQ is my "bread and butter" contract, but the new tick size works for me.
They are actually more "liquid" in the sense that the spread has been cut in 1/2. I do not scalp so, it really has not impacted my P&L noticeably. The book is not as deep at each level as the previously wider spread.
