Now that oil prices are plunging, what will -debt drowned- Venezuela and Iran do?

  1. First was russia trying to invade Georgia to install pipelines for free.

Will venezuela seize assets from their citizens?
And seize even more oil platforms off international oil companies?

When their savings are gone for Iran -pretty soon given the widespread corruption-, they will start to ask for economic aid, so they dismantle their nuclear facilities?

Nuclear power is part of Iran's economic development platform, to free more oil and gas for export, to earn income from abroad.

I have no clue whatsoever why the United States or anyone opposes Iran's development of its nuclear industry. After all, more Iran O&G available for export would lead to lower world prices.

If Iran floods more oil into the market how it is possible for them to earn more income? Wouldn't that make oil prices go down?
