What is the right of the applicant who pays the fee? Any Right to see the result of test and where it went wrong? Sue for refund if the person is drug free and denied job?
At that point I would demand to see all the finanical statments from the company and expect a meeting with the CFO to make sure the company had enough revenue and strong enough cash flow to pay me on time, all the time. Then I would take a shit on the cocksuckers desk. Fuck these corporate scumbags. I'd mow lawns and pick up cans before I'd pay these fucks a nickel to do a background check, or anything else.
I would live in a camper van and pick cans before giving the scumbag $45. If they are doing a lot of credit checks, it shouldn't cost than more than $5 each. Collecting fees is one way this scam business makes money! I bet they ask for for the fee $45 before a formal interview!
It might be a "cooperative nature" test. People that are basically uncooperative are the last thing you want in a workplace, they cause all the shitty politics and all of it...
What is so-operative about exploiting job seekers with a 45$ fee for an 8$/hr job before they even get a paycheck! It is pure exploitation and a scam at that. The company can collect 1000 fees when they have only 10 jobs - or none at all. This may well become the business model for temp agency or other body shops - u pay a fee to apply. In this economy, they can get hundreds of applicants for each job opening.
Exactly right. They don't want anyone that can think on their own. Only goes to prove their PR campaigns are total bullshit. When they say they want new ideas, fresh ideas, free thinkers...complete bullshit. They want drones. Do what your told, say nothing, think nothing, sing the company song.
